Whenever you get the chance, buy greens direct from a farmer via CSA or from the farmers market. In my experience these greens stay ‘fresh’ for a full week or more, have incredible variety and have not gone through any unnecessary processing. The taste can not be replicated and is worth the extra effort to find.
